We go directly to your special occasion to save you time and a headache. Birthday parties, corporate events, weddings, bachelor/ette parties, festivals, school events, you name it. Our professionals at Split The Wood will ensure a safe and great experience. We will make sure that your event is setup with ready-to-go targets and proper fencing. We will provide absolutely everything that you will need in order to get throwing, all in the comfort of your own home, business, or locale.
OUR MISSION is to bring the excitement of urban axe throwing to all people through having a good time at our mobile axe throwing unit. It is a thrilling and entertaining experience, yet easy and safe! Our axe coaches make sure to give you proper instructions and tips in order for you to succeed.

Split The Wood owner, and two time World Axe Throwing League regional champion, Derek Barrientos, is passionate about axe throwing.
With many years of experience, Derek’s patience, attention to detail, and upbeat attitude makes for a stress-free and comfortable environment at all of our events.
